Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, organization, email address, optional phone number, inquiry type, and description of the project, problem, or opportunity.
We also collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and understand the website. This can include pages viewed, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, country-level location, performance measurements, and interactions with site features. We do not send the contents of form fields to analytics.

How we use information
Boldline uses inquiry information to evaluate fit, route and respond to the message, manage a resulting business conversation, and maintain appropriate business records. Technical information helps us keep the site reliable, understand broad usage patterns, and improve the experience.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Storage, providers, and retention
Inquiry information is stored in Boldline's lead system. Service providers supporting hosting, security, analytics, and internal notifications may process limited information as needed to provide those services. Our self-hosted website analytics is configured without analytics cookies, excludes query strings and URL fragments, and respects Do Not Track settings.
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting relationship, resolve disputes, maintain security, or meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and requests
You may ask what inquiry information Boldline has about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.

Our approach
Boldline targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for this website. Our implementation and review practices include semantic structure, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus, sufficient contrast, descriptive links, accessible form feedback, and reduced-motion support.
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. Content, technology, and third-party services can change, so this target is not a claim that every part of the site has been formally certified as conformant.
